The diversity reflected within the company along with the upstander program.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to complete projects with the feeling that the job was done well, researched fully, tested and rolled out with little impact or a great beneficial impact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am fortunate to work with a great team - we get the work done and try to enjoy ourselves at the same time. We are supportive of each other and for the most part work well together as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are small department trying to support needs of growing company without hiring more people. The amount of work is overwhelming and can require long hours just to keep status quo. We perform above and beyond and would be nice for compensation to reflect an appreciation of that.
