The leadership team has worked to make themselves more readily available and transparent across the board with regarding to strategy and performance. This is greatly appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're able to help a HUGE number of students across our partners achieve their goals in pursuing education. This drives me and motivates me every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe what I'm doing far exceeds both my position description and compensation. I have a rough plan with my supervisor for promotion, but it's a year away at earliest. AP needs to be better responsive to the market (promotion and salary) in order to retain top talent.
