being able to work on projects that support other teams and learn new skills so I can better myself and advance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they promote a culture dedicated to equity, diversity, and work life balance they think about their employees - encourage our strengths, build our skills etc they are pretty transparent
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel pressured to juggle if something comes up (sickness accident). my directors and SVP know how dedicated I am and believe in my abilities to manage my life how I want and fulfill all my responsibilities. It makes me invested to not let them down since they don't let me down.
