We have six pillars on which the company is based: student-centered, driven, caring, transformative, empowering, and collaborative.

They are transparent during meetings. Our CEO is very interested in cohesive teams and a positive, strong culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is "going wrong." We have a very strong manager who makes sure our suggestions are brought to the forefront.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is extremely helpful and supportive. I also like working remotely but being in contact with everyone on Teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work itself is right up my alley. I enjoy every task I've done in my role. I'm also happy to collaborate with people from adjacent departments on projects.
