Overall expereince has been pisitve, There was a time I was in a deparment where I did not feel good about my role or my manager. I have since moved on form that role at AP and have found a good fit. It bothers me that my former manager is still at AP since she does not in any way embody AP's values

Mostly positive, but always feeling like I have to fight for my worth and that I am easily replaceable.

Autonomy - I am not micromanaged and have the right amount of freedom to complete my tasks

We all respect each other's ideas/opinions ad pitch in to help each other out - we really do mesh well and support each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In researching similar roles at other organizations, I am paid much lower than their posted ranges. For the scope and expectations of my role, I should be at a much higher scale.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing wrong, just doesn't evoke excitement. I like what I do and I'm good at it. There is no dreading logging in, but I wouldn't say what I do is necessarily exciting.
