My experience overall has been positive. I don't feel connected to the culture, which doesn't impact my work personally, but it does make me feel that I am not really an integral part of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
A feeling of accomplishment and the knowledge that I make the lives of my bosses better, easier and more productive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My interactions with specific members of the executive team are beneficial and productive, but I don't interact with the team in general
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have limited interaction within the company culture and environment. I read about it but do not have a comment on this aspect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Other than my salary, the only benefit I take full advantage of is the 401K. I appreciate the life insurance, but hope I don't have to use it!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel that responsiveness, engagement and general courtesy could be better...I get a sense of a chronic case of being very busy and thus not particularly responsive or friendly (not with all coworkers, but with some I have a need to interact with regularly)
