Great start with my team. Over time you start learning more. At one point there's just no room to move up unless the timing is right or you're replacing someone who leaves.

Caring, work together, hold each other accountable and push each other to be better

Their work to transforming the company into a more successful one in the next 5 years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm extremely underpaid for my role and have been waiting for my promotion for almost a year and a half. My managers approved it but the director or vp is the one that always stops it for reasons that I'm not told. Better communication over that would be better
