We have each others backs, every time. No matter what the company does around or to us we are together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Anxiety, stress, worry, dramatic changes in leadership, inconsistent messages from various management on combined projects. Constant push to train to learn to expand, but no time to actually accomplish this.
