Some of the best things about my team is that we are small, but mighty! Also, we bring value to the company by ensuring we remain compliant with the Department of Education.

The best things about my team are: The Director, leads by example and shows appreciation for us. My Manager, she has been consistent with my 1:1 and provide both positive and critical feedback. Team Members, we work together so that we can all SHINE, GROW and SUCCEED!
