Overall AP is a great place to work but I do have a few concerns. The first one is about the path to promotion. When we went to the new organization in December 2022 we were told that there would be more opportunity to be promoted but I haven't received this information.

Best part of the compensation package is how cheap insurance is but the health benefits are great

Includes our input and schedules times for discussion. Looking for ways to improve processes and procedures

Seeing the difference we are making in student's life. Also seeing how our work contributes to new enrollments

Even though we are remotely working, we still come together for discussions and getting to know each other. Even if we aren't on the same team we work together to continue growing

We meet a lot to discuss what each of us are experiencing with our partners. We train each other on new things. We also help each other through issues that we might have

we work together instead of separately Working sessions so we feel like a team rather than working alone It's not all about work but we care about each other and their families
