Process and accountability would help tremendously. Also the organization needs to be willing to change to evolve to the next level. We can not keep doing what has been done for years and expect to get different results.

that they really are trying to find new ways to engage employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be approachable in my department, outside of my department, not so much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pto policy needs to be reviewed, it is very old an not matching the times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help each other out. There is truly no I in team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teammates make the environment. The leadership actually cares about you as a person, and even being remote, they make it a point to know their people.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we receive news that students have graduated. That really why we do what we do each day. To help them make the world a better place.
