my immediate team is the reason for staying.

Higher 401k match. Higher salary in line with market.

Low 401k match. No annual bonuses or targets to work towards bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not putting so much pressure on the team. Maintain appropriate work life balance and expectations.

They are straight forward. They don't hide important facts. They convey company mission and values well.

Able to work on things that play to my strengths, which means I can provide outsized value.

Down to earth, dependable, kind. We have a diverse group, and we all pitch in to get the job done.

Most of the team is willing to sacrifice time to help with whatever you need. Everyone is willing to chip in.

I love what I do. Getting to do these things, while also helping others on the team brings a lot of joy.

Integrity. Most people on the team just doing what needs to be done and helping others regardless of who is watching/asking for things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty. They speak clearly and don't try to hide things. They also communicate the company vision/goals well, and seem to care about the individual person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
OneAP - we all just work together to get what we need to completed. Everyone has a task and specialty, but anyone can and does help out when others need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lots of talk about inflation, and the raises for me and my team were small, not keeping up with rising costs. Talk from management at town halls discussed this, but then nothing happened.
