I have been with Ap for almost 6 years at the very bottom of the company. Leaders I work with supported and helped grow my abilities to get promoted to my dream job. I have had offers from other companies with higher pay, but I believe in our mission and plan to be with AP for a very long time.

I like the open communication of the mission and how we have stayed true to our core.

Finding the solution to a problem, or creating a new tool provides greater insights and improves efficiancies.

My team is always willing to help, take on additional burdens, and truly care about each other as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that it is unfair for employees who have been here for a long time to be paid less than new hires with the same experience level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the transparency, and I feel heard. I know the leadership team has to make hard decisions, but I feel they take into account how it affects employees at every level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role has stipulations before I can receive my full promotion. I currently have the responsibilities, and workload of the higher position. I have thrived in the role which added additional responsibilities. Working 55 to 65 hours a week is making it difficult to fulfill the stipulations.
