There needs to be a salary revision and review for many of the tenured employees and also more transparency regarding the true future direction of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A Senior position should be considered for every position in the company. If someone with the same title is doing more work than their counterparts but receiving less compensation than the other, that isnt exactly fair.
