What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is supportive and listens to issues. Also sometimes solutions are immediate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish it was more than just being on the phone. I enjoy helping but want to grow and do another position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the time it feels like I'm not in control or can assist how I want. The frustration makes me want to leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the insurance covered more. Also I've been taking on more work than I use to. Lastly, the cost of living has increased so stress from that as well.
