More money would be helpful - inflation is very real.

We do have a great team - everyone cares about each other.

The retention department is so supportive and great about celebrating each other's accomplishments.

My manager Elle is a tremendous support. She has been great to work with.

I love working with a diverse team. Many of them are very dedicated to our students and god collaborators.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like being able to help our students finish our degrees. When a student makes it to graduation and we helped, it's a great feeling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they solicit our feedback and take it seriously. I was excited to attend one of the foster the culture you want meetings but am disappointed that it has now been canceled twice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our raises are no match for inflation right now. They are also not merit based. We are very short staffed right now; I work very hard and get rewarded with more work for the same pay.
