Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's great. It really is. The only thing that makes me want to pull my hair out is the Wrike Time Entry situation. I feel monitored in a way that is strange for a salaried, professional position that I had already been in previously.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm thrilled when I am assigned new projects. I love the challenge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are always eager to help. In fact, I'm encouraged to ask questions, which is so reassuring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has been skyrocketing. Any effort to continue to match inflation within employee compensation would be greatly appreciated.

Since AP Legacy has merged with WUNI, Synergis, etc. I would love to see a commensurate pay bump.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leadership is always straightforward with me and our team. Sometimes the news isn't good news, but they don't sugarcoat it in pleasantries. I appreciate the transparency.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do and the people I do it with. My leadership are kind and communicate well. The workload is always manageable. When it's not manageable, my managers always help me adjust so it is manageable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager, Todd Jorgensen, is a godsend. I appreciate his clear communication and demeanor. He is an integral part of this company and makes my work life incredibly rewarding. Nicole Overton (my next-up supervisor) is also a stellar leader. She's clear, nice, and understanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate my current workload immensely. Even if I have to start my day a little early, I know that (usually) I can complete all tasks by the EOD. That is worth its weight in gold to me. I would not be able to sustain my family and social life otherwise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team does a great job of problem solving with concise and kind Teams messages. I appreciate that we are not overloaded with meetings answering questions that could be better sent as a Teams message. Also, they're super friendly and kind. I know if I have a question, I can ask anyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the healthy and balanced culture. We come to work and do our very best, but we're also free to enjoy ourselves outside of office hours. There are no emails after 5:30pm. I can give my whole self to my job every day, knowing that I have time my personal life later.
