I can't say there is anything I like best about the leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The additional perks such as nectar points and free access to Peleton or Apple Fitness apps.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they at least try to meet with us as a whole on a more consistent basis than the previous team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is just no more excitement to work due to seeing others on the team doing unethical or questionable things. It puts a damper on me wanting to even be here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I see other team members who get away with murder but I get called out for silly things (like taking too long to compose an email) when they abuse breaks and lunches or are just flat out insubordinate.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of my coworkers come to work but there are some who I feel are just wasted. They are allowed to do whatever they want to when ever which affects morale for the whole team. There should be enforcement of rules with them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are a few of my coworkers who take advantage of the system. They are not consistent with their work ethic (i.e. longer than normal breaks; cheating the incontact log in system; etc.). This behavior effects the morale of others who actually work when we see them get away with this behavior.
