We work well together. We're small but mighty and we get the job done right.

Having students see the value in their education and making the next step to commit to the process and finish it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have pillars we aspire to achieving in our organizational model. My preferences allow me to fit in with a positive outcome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We cover for each other when there is an absence or emergency. We celebrate each other's personal achievements, birthdays, anniversaries, and professional accomplishments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every one of them are knowledgeable and professional. They are transparent and communicative with the operations of the company. From the CEO on down, the Leadership Team does their best to keep us informed and well represented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other than cost of living raises, I have never been considered for a raise for the contributions made to this company. I am aware of instances when others were hired into Enrollment Services that were given a larger salary with less experience with AP.
