Our new CEO is transparent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very removed from the company so I am not sure how to answer this. I do not have time to be a part of the work community with my job responsibilities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With the workload I dread Mondays. I feel everyone in my position is set up to fail. If I say anything I will be told to step down or will take a demotion rather than AP looking at the issue and fixing/altering the job roles. I am stuck.
