Risepoint – I have referred 3 people over the 5 years that I have worked here. My time has been mostly positive but the recent changes to our field leadership were hard to understand and take (seeing Melody Olsen let go was baffling). | Comparably

I have referred 3 people over the 5 years that I have worked here. My time has been mostly positive but the recent changes to our field leadership were hard to understand and take (seeing Melody Olsen let go was baffling).

What are some of the best things about your team?

Truly able to call on and count on them for emotional support and practical ideas whenever needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That although we are remote we are not made to feel that just because we are not seen that we are not being productive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The new leaders are working on some long dormant issues regarding compensation, field car allowance, and accountability. I like that they are interested in transparency - want to see that become the norm.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There appears to be a very wide span of salaries for the same position and it does not appear that area cost of living or territory or experience is fairly considered. I am hopeful that this is being further examined, as we are told it is.

What makes you most happy at work?

That I get to meet our customers face to face and connect with them. That I have the ability to partner with wonderful hospital administrators to support their nursing staff. That I get to do something different each day. That I am not micromanaged by my manager. Other coworkers cannot say same.
