One of the main things I like about the Leadership Team is how driven they are to make sure we are heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One of the things that makes me feel undervalued is that increases are based on seniority and not performance. I was also hired at a lower salary than fellow collogues.
