Our leadership team is open and transparent and are not caught up on a hierarchy of titles. We are all working towards the same mission.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Am grateful when the increase in benefits is absorbed. I have a Masters degree and my team has been part of historic growth on Partners, but compensation stays at the same percent regardless of how well we do. I understand this is how it needs to work and am intrinsically motivated to grow in role.
