I'm excited to be learning about a new industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like all the health benefits and some of the free benefits like Rocket Lawyer and Sanvello.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small but mighty team and it seems like everyone is happy to help one another and wants to support one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they're making difficult decisions by restructuring some of the departments. However, I think these decisions have been made with a lot of thought and research before implementing them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I've only been here 3 weeks it's hard to say. However, during the Town Hall employees were asking tough questions about compensation and layoffs and I appreciated that this type of open communication seemed to be encouraged by senior leadership, not shut down.
