It's been a solid experience so far but two areas that still need work are getting everyone to buy into Fernando's vision and DEIB as some people talk a good game but not really committed to it based on their actions.

My team is very collaborative, hard-working and passionate about what they do.

Breaking down barriers and securing resources for my team to achieve their goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very smart, approachable, and truly committed to doing what's right for the employees and company so. that we all succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not paid based on my experience and since the comp is not pegged to inflation, I'm making about 25% less than what someone with my experience and academic pedigree makes elsewhere since other companies have made inflation adjustments for top performers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive=Collaborative. Culture is now a high performance culture one and the environment is invigorating even though there are still associates including SLT members who are not wanting to let go of the past & having a tough time jumping on the bus w/ the new strategic vision Fernando has laid out
