Helping others reach their goals. Genuinely seeing others happy for reaching milestones.

Everyone helps everyone. We are a team under great leadership as well. I couldn't ask for a better team.

Cultural differences and highlights. I love that we celebrate different cultures throughout the year. This is unheard of with other companies that I have worked for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have many years of experience and recently wanted to see if I could get a higher offer elsewhere, I did, but I'm more loyal to AP and I love this company, that's what keeps me here.

I have many years of experience, I also work multiple schools. With my education and background I feel a little underpaid compared to other companies I have worked for, but I love this culture, that's what keeps me here.
