I love working for AP, my immediate manager is great, I love the new CEO and COO's vision and direction. I hope new opportunities to grow open up and they consider people's experience on the field not just education.

I do not feel undervalued! But company should reconsider realigning the pay rates, especially now with inflation.

I love talking to students, and I love working on additional projects I take on for my team, collaborating with others,
