Sharing, collaboration, positive perspective and always supportive of each other! All are awesome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a lot of great improvement ideas to help business and partnership growth rarely taken seriously. Base is ok. But the bonus structure is not good or fair for sales and COLA and other annual raises in 2021 were very low for highest revenue drivers. no raise may have been better received.
