We have a diverse team.

Helping my students and coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency on our company's goals and what is needed to obtain them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Changing student's lives. I love helping them with the front end process of starting their degree.

They are willing to help out with other ES's students when they are not in the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency. They let us know what is going on with the company and where we are headed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have different people from all walks of life. I love the culture. Very positive people. We care for each other. Genuine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if I am being paid below the norm for my position. Raises are minimal. Hopefully things will pick up soon.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are living in a time where price increases are rampant. Normally me and my husband could afford our way of living with just our basic income. But now we are looking into other avenues to stay afloat. And receiving $.90 raises each year is not sufficient enough.
