Everyone is super supportive. Even getting coaching or feedback from my manager comes from a place of support, of wanting me to improve, never from a critical lens.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're open to feedback and communicate changes across the company. I appreciate being involved in the culture talks even though I hadn't been here a year yet and work an entry-level position in this company.
