Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I very much enjoy working for AP. I just worry that its employees are falling victim to understaffing for the sake of budget restrictions. I worry that employees working overtime to meet the demands of this excessive workload will set a precedent, rather than call for more hires.

There's a genuine effort to be inclusive.

Having the encouragement and recognition from my manager goes a long way

Nectar is my favorite. My pay could be more competitive, but the positive culture is hard to beat.

I feel I'm seen as a human who works at AP, not simply a worker who happens to be human.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Elsewhere in the private sector, my position makes much more. The workload and stress at AP is high, so it's unclear why my position is not competitively compensated.
