Working remotely and being granted the freedom to approach my tasks as I see fit has drastically improved how I view the company as an employer over the years. But the issues are there doesn't seem to be much room for growth, the pay is stagnant and the work itself can be uninspiring.

We get to work from home
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Paying attention to their responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to want our company to grow constructively.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Difficult to get excited sometimes since at times it's hard to see how this work positively effects our customers.

The work tends to be monotonous and cookie-cutter, just doesn't drive up interest but also not sure how it could be avoided.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we're allowed to work in what way is best for us so long as we accomplish our tasks. Remote work has been a huge benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My hourly wage is at the low end of my profession's pay spectrum. A meaningful raise that combats inflation would be welcome, but in lieu of that being possible it would be great if the company addressed why it isn't and what they'd do instead to keep me.
