Overall it has been a pleasure. Its had its ups and downs but I am satisfied with my employer and where the company seems to be going.

Great experience but the biggest problem is with middle management. They are not held accountable and get away with some pretty disappointing things.

higher annual increases to those who deserve it

Being able to earn additional compensation such as overtime and nectar points, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they work hard to make AP a better place to work. They have improved the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to think I am making a difference with the people I interact with both colleagues and students.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like all the initiatives and focus groups that are being added. I think it helps with our culture and has been a huge boost in having people voice their opinions/concerns.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think AP hangs on to too many people that are either not wanting to work or that will not quit because they need a paycheck. I just do not like the precedence it sets to the rest of us who work hard.
