No disllike - but we need more diversity at the leadership level.
We have each other's backs. No egos, just "in this together" mentality.
Getting to have time to meet with my team and hear about what we're all working on.
Getting the chance to meet with the whole team during the interview, not only with a select one or two people.
Their open-ness to allowing work from home and making the company a WFH-first company. It helps so much with work life balance.
We are there for each other - not just covering projects, but sharing in information/news, offering advice, or just listening to one another.
Because the criteria for promotions/growth has kept changing over the past 3 years, which seems unfair. It is like a moving target. I would feel better with a promotion and an adequate pay increase.
