A great number of my co-workers are awesome! We are a family.

They communicate very well. They are extremely supportive. They walk the walk and talk the talk.

When I can interact with some of my coworkers when we gather on Teams. Also, when I am asked my opinion on something and it matters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun, caring, and a great bunch of people. They work hard to keep AP running. The employees do not understand what goes on behind the scenes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits do not cover some of the items I need for my medical care. I have many duties that I should be compensated for that go beyond my job duties.

I am at the lowest end of my pay scale. Yet, I have a great responsibility for the whole organization. I am one person in my department. I do many duties for co-workers, who take the credit for my work.
