Pay increase for those who obtained a graduate or doctorate level degree.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase in pay due to having a Masters degree while working in Higher Education.

The company is flexible and they are open to hearing about how we can make the company better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that if an employee has a masters degree or higher and/ or experience they should be paid slightly more than those that do not. Especially if their degree is in education or something similar to our company field.
