Compensation needs to be reviewed. For longer term employees it is also important to see monetary compensation

For those who have never used Health Insurance with AP, there should be compensation for not using benefits. It's been presented that no "raises" have been offered due to rising health costs. For those who do not use health benefits, why is there no compensation?
