The fact that I can work remotely and still make enough money to take care of my family

The main fact that they actually ask questions about how we feel, how can we make this a better company

Comradery, we have to be able to all get along so the team can work as a well oiled machine
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fact that everyone is included. Race, religion, sexual orientation. It does not matter as long as you work hard
