Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My major concern is that our healthcare would cost me $400 a month to provide health care for my minor 5 year old child.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very clear on expectations for my performance and the daily tasks I need to complete to therefore complete my goals. Weekly team meetings are helpful for the entire team to collaborate and share any trends noticed. Town Halls are an opportunity for the entire company to be able to do the same!
