I love watching students go through their program and obtain that higher level position or even just the pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not sure about other departments but in Field Sales, we all really will help each other with ideas, goals, reports, whatever- just so we can help in some way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to have pay bands that are transparent and shown so we at least know where we stand and where we can grow in our current roles. We also need to be paid better and more evenly. My work is always one of the top ranked, yet I
