transparency and keeping everyone informed as to what is going on with the leadership and direction of the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different groups that you are allowed to engage with and be a part of are very important to making everyone feel included and welcomed as a person
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
invest in themselves and show efforts to wanting to learn and assist the students. I work with more tenured employees that seem to check out more often than not on procedures processes and properly assisting our students
