I like what AP stands for, I enjoy working remote, I just wish compensation was fair and better. Inflation has gone up over 25% and it is getting harder to make ends meet by only getting a 2-3% raise. It is hard to catch up to how expensive everything is getting yet trying to make it work with less.

Better team communication, act more like coworkers not just other individuals on your team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love for the company to view salaries across the board and be fair. I feel that compared to others even new hires I was paid very poorly. I have 12 years of experience, I have a bachelors, and I am an excellent employee with morals and values.
