We all look at each other as equal and work together and have an understanding of each other and respect one another.

Communication from the leadership team has been great, especially when it comes to the changes and goals that are taking place due to the merge.

I love my team, because we work together to achieve the goals and will dive in and help each other when needed. We are like a family and are there for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
To know there is a purpose in helping people achieve their future endeavors and truly care about who I work with and be-friend them and have them comfortable knowing we will be there for them.
