Highly transparent in their communications. Aren't afraid of addressing the tough questions. Are fair across the company employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a high performer a 3% raise isnt much but will take it. There are people on my team not producing as well and they get 3% as well
