Started off like it was the best company ever. Great management, great team cohesion. Now, its getting overly corporate. More micromanaging and less opportunity to be yourself. Seems like manager are too scared to make a decision that not "by the book". Business 101. Happy employees = motivated emp

They seem to work hard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people not in management are nice and understanding. We all go through the same stuff every day. So, we all understand the issues we all face day to day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I actually have never felt less apart of a "team". The atmosphere is work, work, work. Never a break. We need team builders. Too many mtg's on referrals. Micromanaging team leads. Treat us adults not kids. We're not Machines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do my work, I've been required to do the work of others when people are out, I do the work of others when they are behind. I am asked to take on more responsibility w/ out more pay. Fair? No! Pay me more to do other peoples work.
