I much prefer this company to the previous company I worked, in the same industry. I am particularly lucky to have the manager that I have, because his management style allows for ownership in performance. Initial pay met expectations. Pay increases or cost of benefits could be better.

The compensation package seems to be standard, albeit a bit more expensive, for this industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My POD of co-workers is very experienced, efficient, and independent. There isn't an overbearing or unnecessary abundance of reminder emails and updates and teammates are able to problem solve independently.
