The mission-driven aspect of the company permeates across every team and is a reminder about the bigger picture.

The leadership team is filled with smart people who are generally kind to those they work with and care deeply about the work they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is comprehensive but I don't feel like all the benefits (in particular healthcare insurance) are as strong as I've had in any prior companies.
