It has been a great journey at AP for half a decade, however, the last year or so has been extremely challenging with org changes. Job feels extremely insecure and there is a lack of leadership in my team with no feedback from supervisor or clear direction. Turnover has been very high as a result.

Manager lacks leaderships skills, no clear expectations or measurable goals, no feedback, extremely difficult to interact with him.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team claims transparency, but still works in silos and is not clear about the direction we are taking. For my team, there has been a huge turnover in the last 8 or or so months (about 10 people have left the company) and I believe is due to poor leadership and toxic culture from VP
