I am happy when I know I am getting my job done and meeting deliverables.

I like my team members and if I need something they are always there to assist.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like being part of the DEIB club and meeting other coworkers outside of my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership is very transparent and forthcoming in communication. I love all the updates we receive.

I like that my boss has an open door policy and I can talk to him about any issues that I am facing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired on as a level 1 rep with Synergis Education. My background and education says that I am more than that. I would feel better with fair compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid fairly for my contribution to the team. I have 16 years higher education experience along with an MBA. I am also seeking growth opportunity within the company.
