as a nonlegacy employee I find we are often lost in the shuffle and advancement is on a long hold with no clear path or understanding of where opportunities are. I feel we will lose good team members that just get tired of waiting for the balancing to take place.

I overall enjoy the company and I'm optimistic that things will continue to improve. I do have concerns with the lack of opportunity.
